The company celebrates the victory of its ambassador Andrea Crugnola, new Italian rally champion, and launches a multi-platform campaign that sees him as the hero

In the last fifteen years Athena has had a strong presence in the automotive racing world, yet a new challenge presented itself with rally racing, a bold set of intense skills showed up on the track resulting in victories.
In fact, in the first year of collaboration with the driver Andrea Crugnola, the most valuable gift was given: the complete victory in the Italian Rally Championship.

In Verona, the last stage of the Championship, the new Athena Ambassador Andrea Crugnola wins all eleven timed sections and with this overwhelming victory he wins the title. The Italian Championship has always been considered one of the most difficult rallies in the world. Drivers all over come to the World Championships to compete in the Italian races, improving their driving skills on the asphalt against the powerful Italian drivers. For this reason, Athena considers the recent victory a milestone of enormous prestige, as well as the partnership with the new Italian Champion for the development of its products in the automotive and racing sector.

After this important victory, the company will reveal a dedicated online campaign on social media platforms and in trade magazines, with the aim of highlighting how the contribution of a Champion, who pushes his products to break every barrier and guarantees meticulous quality even in extreme situations. "If Andrea Crugnola doesn't break them, you don't break them either," says Athena, ironically passing off the driver as a "bad boy who breaks everything".
