      When it all began. Foundation of Athena

      Gianni L. Mancassola founds an artisan company specialising in industrial gaskets in Bagnolo di Lonigo, a village of 700 inhabitants in the province of Vicenza. Over the years the business also extends to metal components.

      The age of rubber. Foundation of Bluetech

      A few years after the move to a new HQ in Alonte, Bluetech, a division manufacturing and marketing standard parts in rubber and rubber-metal, is founded. Athena aims to become increasingly a single point of reference for a wide range of products.

      From the workshop to the shop window. Into the motorcycle aftermarket

      The Parts division is created. Athena acquires IGEA exploiting know-how acquired in the world of industrial gaskets to enter the motorcycle aftermarket with gaskets and gasket kits.

      Welcome to the South. Athena expands in Italy

      The Athena Sud office opens in Erchie (BR). Our presence in Italy becomes more widespread and consolidated.

      Athena goes international. Opening of the branch in Brazil

      Athena establishes Vedamotors in Brazil, beginning its expansion outside of Italy in a country with a high growth rate.

      Faster and faster. Athena enters the world of motocross racing

      Athena's turnover reaches 30 million euros. The acquisition of Eurocilindro launches Athena into the world of racing kits, starting manufacture of cylinders for endothermic engines and expanding the range of offers and solutions for the aftermarket world

      We are the champions. Athena USA is established

      Athena cylinders achieve their first victory in the MX1 World Championship. Athena USA is set up to distribute products in North America.

      Con l’acquisizione di GET, marchio di prestigio nella produzione di centraline per la gestione motore e dei sistemi di acquisizione dati, nasce la divisione Electronics.

      Athena becomes greener. A new photovoltaic system 

      Near the Alonte HQ, 11,502 latest generation solar panels are installed (at the time the biggest system in Veneto region) which allow us to avoid the emission of 951,000 kilos of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere every year. 28.5% of the energy we use is green and self-produced.

      No longer just producers. The Sportech division is set up

      The Sportech division is inaugurated with the distribution of GoPro, world leader in the action cam market. And Athena's presence worldwide is consolidated with the opening of Athena Motor Iberica in Spain and Athena India.

      Four wheels are here. Entry into the automotive aftermarket

      With the acquisition of Omnicompetition, Athena enters the auto aftermarket with products dedicated to the universe of racing.

      Athena lands in China. Opening of Athena Hangzhou

      Athena Automotive & Industrial Parts Co. Ltd is established, serving as a strategic hub in China to deliver products and services to international companies looking for a trusted partner for managing Chinese suppliers and customers.

      Don't stop us now! New logistics hub, acquisition of SCE Gaskets

      Athena expands with the construction of a new logistics hub at the Alonte headquarters and increases its international presence with the acquisition of SCE Gaskets in Tennessee and the start of distribution in Spain.
