Athena presents the new Racing Complete Exhaust Kit

The Kit is designed for Yamaha-Minarelli Vertical engines, and it is compatible with legendary models such as MBK Booster, Yamaha BW's and Aprilia SR.

The Vicenza-based company, leader in the high-performance motorbike, scooter and moped spare parts market, is launching the new Racing Exhaust Kit, designed to take full advantage of the Minarelli vertical air-cooled big bore engine whilst delivering improved torque and acceleration.

Following the success of the Athena 70cc big bore cylinder kit for Yamaha-Minarelli vertical engines launched by the company last year, and subsequent to enormous demand from fans, Athena’s R&D team has engineered the new exhaust kit for a range of legendary applications, such as the MBK Booster, the Yamaha BWs or the mythical Aprilia SR.

When combined with the Athena cylinder kit, the Racing Complete Exhaust Kit ensures the correct pressure inside the exhaust pipe, along with an optimized dynamic flow of the gas expelled, thus guaranteeing increased torque and acceleration with unprecedented levels of performance.

This Racing Exhaust is manufactured with precise craftsmanship and the utmost attention to detail.
Created by hand-welding more than 18 high-quality steel sections with a thickness of 0.8 mm, the Athena exhaust delivers the best possible performance, ensuring maximum durability and resistance to thermal and dynamic stresses. Indeed, the structure is capable of resisting the stresses generated by a tuned engine, and ensures that its geometries are fully respected.

The Athena Exhaust is also equipped with a carbon silencer to guarantee both lightness and maximum durability. Finally, the fixing bracket is crafted from AISI316 stainless steel, which is laser-cut to ensure accurate and safe installation, demonstrating the care and attention dedicated by the company to every detail of each of its products.
