The Red Bull GasGas Factory Racing Team was born in 1994 thanks to the will, commitment and dedication of Claudio De Carli,  current Team Manager. The team has been collaborating with Athena for more than ten years for the development of new products and starting from 2022 it will be part of the GasGas family as an official team in the motocross world championship. The MXGP team riders for 2022 are Jorge Prado in the MXGP category and Mattia Guadagnini and Simon Langenfelder in the MX2 category.

After the achievements of 2021, the Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP team, led by Louis Voster, is ready to compete in the premier class with a powerful new line-up consisting of the MX2 world champion 'The Power Rookie' Maxime Renaux and the five-time FIM motocross world championship silver medalist Jeremy Seewer.

In 2022 the MX Fonta Racing will have at the side of the multiple world champion Kiara Fontanesi, the young Priska Busatto, vice Italian champion under 17, who will compete in the WMX and Italian championship.

Team Maddi Racing was born in 1991 with Corrado Maddii, a former driver with many years of experience in high level competitions. In these 26 years of activity, the team has achieved great results and represented important companies. In 2021 Corrado and his son Marco (former rider and successful team manager) join forces to hunt for new ambitious goals together with Fantic: the Fantic Factory Team Maddii is born. The main objectives of the team for 2022: to be in the premier class of the MXGP world championship with Nicholas Lapucci and to be confirmed at the top of the 250 European Championships with Cornelius Tondel and Hakon Osterhagen.  

The MRT KTM team will line riders Michele Cervellin and Valerio Lata for the 2022 season. Michele will take part in the MXGP World Championship and national competitions riding his KTM 450 SX-F, while Valerio will take part in the EMX250 European Championship, MX2 Italian Pro Prestige Championship and some MX2 World Championship races. The team is captained by former racing driver Elio Marchetti.

Hitachi KTM fuelled by Milwaukee will have the MX2 riders Isak Gifting and Kay Karssemakers compete on top of their KTM 250 SX-Fs for the 2022 FIM Motocross World Championship and the ACU British Championship. The duo will form an exciting and competitive line-up.

For the 2022 season, rider Jordi Tixier will be looking to conquer the MXGP, German ADAC MX Masters and French Elite MX championships.

The Krosteam- Lunardi Racing team will have Davide De Bortoli (European EMX Open 2021 champion) compete in the MX1 class for the 2022 season.

KMP Honda Racing Team is the official Offroad-racing team of Honda Germany and one of the largest German motocross racing teams. The basic races are MXGP and ADAC MX-Masters, while those of the Championship are the MXGP, ADAC MX-Masters and the EMX250 classes. In 2020, due to a fire in the truck team they lose most of their equipment, but already after 3 months they manage to rebuild everything. The team now consists of Jorge Zaragoza, Paul Habweland, Victor Kleemann, Lion Florian, Nick Domann, Pascal Jungmann, Fabian Kling and Marvin Müller.

Fantic Factory Team E50 Racing is directed by Simone Albergoni. After 22 years of great victories as a driver, Simone has become a team manager at the top of the world. The perfect team for a great World Champion driver like Loic Larrieu.

In the four years of experience with Fantic, the team led by Marco Darpa has always stood out for the massive visibility on social media and speed on track. Deputy youth class champion 2020 with Jed Etchells.

The multi-titled Team directed by Franco Mayr needs no introduction to the Enduro world and in 2021 presents itself with fast and confident drivers, ready for the final victory. One of them is Harry Edmonson, son of four-time enduro world champion Paul Edmonson.

DVS junior racing KTM is the official junior mx team in the 65-85 cc class of official KTM racing.

Antonio Cairoli, known as Tony, was born in Patti on September 23, 1985. From an early age he began to cultivate a great passion for two wheels. After winning several regional titles and one senior, in 2005 he continues to make progress and graduated world champion in the MX2 class, finishing second in the Italian 125 championship. In 2006 he came second in the MX2 world championship, but the following year he dominated uncontested and put in safe the second world title of his career. At the end of 2007 he was called up to the Italian national team at Motocross of Nations. In 2008 a knee injury affected his season. But the following year he moved to MX1 and immediately graduated world champion. In 2010 he joined the KTM team and from that moment he won. Considered one of the greatest motocross riders of all time, by virtue of the nine world titles won that offer him the second place in the ranking of the most titled motocross drivers in history!

Born in Parma on March 10, 1994, Kiara won her first competition at age 6 and hasn't stopped since. In 2007 she conquered the United States, winning in the prestigious Loretta Lynn's Vault. The following year she won Coppa Italia and in 2009 she made her debut at the World Motocross Championship. In 2012 she became the Motocross World Champion, repeating herself six times in the following years.

He has always dreamed of becoming a professional pilot. Grown up among motorcycles, their noises and the scent of exhaust smoke, Jacopo Cerutti has been passionate about two wheels since he was a child. It all started when he was 14, when he was given his first "racing" motorcycle, from that moment on, his life goal became only one: to race on a motorcycle and to improve every time.

Journalist, rider and web media producer, specialized in the Hard Enduro world, he realizes storytelling videos dedicated to the Off Road motorcycle sector all over the world.

Born in Viterbo in 1991, at the age of 8 his grandfather gave him his first motorbike. In 1999 he debuted in Minicross and in 2006 he won the Italian, European and World Championships. In 2007 he debuts in the MX2 World Championship, and conquers two podiums in the following years. In 2014 he joins Fiamme Oro, the sports group of the State Police. Since 2015 he competes in the MXGP top class with excellent results. He is the actual number two of the Italian National Team.

Elia is a Supermoto rider since 2007, his passion for the two wheels started when he was just a few years old. He soon decided to follow his father path, who raced motorcycles at a national level, and became one of the youngest Supermotard talents, reaching increasingly ambitious goals. He has always been a 360° sportsman, he is also FMI Federal Technician and official tester for Xinside Magazine.

Also for this year, Athena renews the partnership with MXGP and confirms its official partner for the 2022 FIM Motocross World Championship.

Offroad Pro Racing is the official Promoter on behalf of the Italian Motorcycle Federation, and manages the activities related to the logistics and sports organization of sporting events related to the National and International Off-road.

Italian mountain biker and cyclo-cross rider, he is the Italian Champion in the Cross Country specialty in the Élite category, bronze medalist in the same specialty at the London Olympics in 2012 and 2013 World Champion in the Team Relay. An all-round cycling enthusiast, Andrea rides on the road and Enduro.Passionate about photography, video-making, engines and everything related to electronics, he has over 53 thousand subscribers on YouTube, who are enthusiastic about the adventures and friendly advice for cyclists that he dispenses almost daily.

MTB athlete with a Trial background and a huge passion for creating videos, he uses the bike to express his creativity. After several years in the world of competitions, Andrea decides to combine his passion for cycling with the passion for video making. He takes part in many important events related to the world of biking and entertainment, becoming a stuntman in the movie Zoolander2, joining J-Ax and Fedez on the stage of San Siro and opening the final of Festivalbar at the Arena of Verona.

Growing up playing sports, climbing was his first real passion. After many competitions he feels the need to broaden his horizons and dedicate himself to something new. Thus was born his love for mountain biking, also becoming a guide so as to share his experience to those approaching this discipline.

He began competing in BMX at the age of 5, thanks to his grandfather who passed on his passion for BMX. The 18-year-old driver of the Bmx Garlate Team from Lecco has achieved important results over the years, winning the 2021 World Cup held in Holland on the Papendal track in the Junior category, the first Italian in history to succeed in the enterprise.

Pilota francese 5 volte detentore del titolo nazionale. Oltre al campionato francese, il pilota del Tolosa ha preso parte anche a diversi eventi in Europa nel 2018 dove ha fatto brillare la sua decappottabile del team Propuls Team. A cominciare dal "King of Touge" (il Campionato Europeo di Mountain Drift) che ha vinto dopo un successo al primo round in Polonia, seguito da un round in Spagna e poi altri due in Francia. Boubles ha vinto anche lo "Slide Tour" e il "Drift and Fun" a cui hanno preso parte una cinquantina di piloti tedeschi, svizzeri, italiani e francesi.

Gazzelle on the road is a women running crew established by the passion of four friends. Four women, passionate about sports and entrepreneurs of an amateur sports association. The group was born in January 2018 and shares with its audience their adventures, the values they believe in and the dreams they want to achieve.

She started with the cross in school, thanks to the invitation of a friend after practicing dance, and the first student successes pushed her to try on track. She specialized in middle distance from 2015, especially on hedges, and at the U20 European Championships in Grosseto in 2017 she managed to qualify for the final.

The KF8 Mx Training and a group of passionate entrepreneurs, willing to invest in the project, decide to open an academy, located in the heart of the Italian MotorValley halfway between Pontetaro and Bardi, in the province of Parma, for the training of tomorrow’s drivers. KF8 Academy wants to establish itself as an academy where young people from 5 years of age and up can prepare for free to follow in the footsteps of the world champion Kiara Fontanesi.
