Athena, an Italian company that has always been active in the world of off-road motorcycle racing, reached a historic milestone with the winning of the 2023 AMA 250SX and 450SX titles by Team Honda HRC USA.

The company is celebrating the victories of riders Hunter and Jett Lawrence, who won the 2023 AMA 250SX Champion titles for the East zone and the West zone respectively, and Chase Sexton, who won the 2023 AMA 450SX Champion title.

For performance, power and control, the 250cc motorcycles are equipped with the RX1 Pro ECU and the LC-GPA Launch/Traction Control, and the 450cc motorcycles are equipped with the Launch Control system with RPM Dash shift indicator. The SL1 data logger, on the other hand, is used for data analysis for both classes.

The American Championship has always been considered one of the most important and challenging races, in which some of the top riders in the world compete.

Therefore, for Athena, the recent hat trick is a highly prestigious milestone and an incentive to continue working on innovative technologies.

Newly-crowned 250cc champions Hunter and Jett Lawrence had this to say about their victory and the use of GET products: "The GET products mounted on our bikes have given us considerable advantages in performance, from starting, to cornering, to power delivery. The RX1 Pro ECU gives us much more control over the bike on the track, and thanks to the LC-GPA Launch Control, we were often able to start out at the front of the pack."

450cc Class Champion Chase Sexton says, "RPM Dash has helped me know how much gas to give it at the start of each race."

Team Manager Lars Lindstrom comments, "We're happy with our cooperation with Athena/GET. All the products we use and the support offered to us by GET's technicians have always been flawless and have allowed us to always have full confidence about the product and our performance. The SL1 Logger allows our technicians and mechanics to analyze the data collected during training and testing, and to come up with winning solutions on the day of the race."

Erardo Ratzenbeck, the CEO of Athena, says, "Our technicians are already focused on the next goal, which is to dominate the 2023 Pro Motocross Championship, which will start in Pala in California on May 28th. Athena and GET's technicians will continue to remain alongside Team Honda HRC USA, supporting them with new solutions and technical assistance."
