Athena cylinder kits are the aftermarket solution that guarantees efficiency, performance and safety.  Our cylinder kits are worldwide recognized for their durability, reliability and engineering of their components entirely developed by the Athena R&D team. The Athena cylinder kits consist of:
 • an aluminum cylinder with nickel-plated barrel, to give lightness and optimal heat disposal
 • a cast or forged piston, which due to perfectly polished profiles allows a reduction of friction and noise
 • a series of gaskets that guarantees an excellent seal.

The Athena motorbike pistons are made with high-performance materials transformed with reverse extrusion forging, and are equipped with a silkscreened surface coating in sintered molybdenum disulfide. The use of these special materials guarantees Athena pistons a significant increase in smoothness and durability. Thanks to the perfectly polished profiles, moreover, our piston ensures an ideal propagation of the flame front providing greater power and reliability equal to the original spare parts.

Athena Spacers, made from solid with the best aluminum alloys, are known on the market for unparalleled resistance and the drastic reduction of the possibility of breakage thanks to the use of high precision CNC machine tools that guarantee production processes with very tight tolerances. Athena has all the technical knowledge and equipment to be able to realize in its production departments any spacer tailored to the customer.

Athena Racing Auto Gaskets have been designed by our team of technicians and engineers with high precision machining and the use of innovative production technologies such as metal/elastomer combinations or multilayer, to ensure maximum resistance to high temperatures and pressures. The Athena racing gaskets are finally subjected to extensive tests from the design phase to the tests on the bench and on the track to verify a perfect seal even at the highest stresses.
