PRE-SALES
We follow the customer from the time they place an order to the delivery of the goods. Before the delivery we assure that the products meets the specifications of the clients, with quality inspection in our company or at the supplier's production site.

POST-SALES
In the event of customer dissatisfaction or modifications to the existing products, we assist our customers with resolving the issue by direct discussion with the producer.
Enhancement of the Athena Hangzhou logistics hub
The Athena Hangzhou logistics hub has been enhanced to support the distribution of Athena and SKF branded products in China and Southeast Asia.
This initiative is part of the company’s international expansion strategy and aims to deliver faster, more efficient service aligned with local market needs.
Thanks to local stock availability, direct management in local currency and our dedicated sales team, the hub upgrade will improve both logistics efficiency and responsiveness.
The center will support the distribution of SKF fork and wheel spare parts, as well as a selection of Athena products, including loose gaskets, gasket kits, cylinders and cylinder kits. All products will benefit from the same advantages: shorter delivery times, local availability and simplified purchasing procedures.
