Employment candidate privacy policy
according to article 13 Reg. EU/2016/679
1. Subjects
The Data Processing Controller is Athena S.p.A., with registered office in Via delle Albere, 13, 36045, Alonte (VI) – Italy having the role of controller and legal representative.

2. Purpose of the processing
Your personal data (including your identification and curricular data) provided spontaneously, acquired also verbally, directly or by way of third parties, relating to you and your family, shall be processed in order evaluate your application with a view to assessing possible interest for a potential job contract.
In accordance with the applicable law and art. 111-bis of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, this treatment does not require the consent of the candidate.
3. Recipients or categories of recipients of data
Your personal data may be disclosed to employees or collaborators of the Data Controller who work in the Human Resources Department and / or in the departments interested in your application and may process your data in compliance with the instructions given by the Controller. The data contained in the form shall not be subject to communication to third parties and shall be known only within the company.
4. Place, method of processing and data storage period
Your personal data will be kept for a period to allow an evaluation in case new job positions become available and, in any case, for no more than 12 months from the date of the submission of the application.
Your personal data are mainly processed at offices of the Data Controller and are gathered in paper form and/or in magnetic, electronic or telematic form with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes. The data will be stored in order to ensure its safety in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.
5. Minors
The provision of personal data for the purposes of this privacy policy must be given by a person over the age of 16. Athena S.p.A. does not hire employees, interns, or collaborators under the age of 16.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
You are entitled to invoke the rights as expressed by Articles 15- 22 del Reg. UE 2016/679, by contacting the Controller, by writing to the address privacy@athena.eu. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Controller for access to your personal data, to the rectification and erasure of the same and to the restriction on processing. In addition, You have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data as well as to the portability of your data. Without prejudice to any other administrative and jurisdictional recourse, if you believe that the processing of data relating to you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, in accordance with Art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Supervisor.
