Athena manufactures its engine shafts from the combination of premium materials and the most innovative manufacturing technologies. Designed for high-performance engines, Athena engine shafts guarantee maximum performance with high power engines in conditions of high stress. These engine shafts are also designed for performance-enhanced engines and guarantee consistently high-performance. To meet all requirements, Athena shafts are available in a wide range of models and are split into standard and racing shafts. The standard engine shafts are the perfect replacement for the original ones and also offer better balance and a lighter connecting rod. The kit is provided with special roller cages (connecting rod head and foot). The racing engine shaft is available with a connecting rod foot hole suitable for a ø10 or ø12 pin. The engine shaft is provided with a lighter connecting rod and special roller cages, like the standard version, and also has fully machine-lathed, solid cranks to reduce the volume in the crank chamber.
