This brine is deliciously savory with turkey and chicken. It ensures that even the leanest meats, such as breast fillets, remain tender and juicy.
To speed up the brining process and to make sure that all the flavors get into the structure of meat and poultry, a special Grate Goods injector is available. This allows you to distribute the brine quickly and easily over your product.
INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS: Store in a cool,and dark place below 20°C. After opening, keep refrigerated (max. 7°C) and use within a few days.
