GRATE GOODS
Born from the passion for the BBQ world, Grate Goods has become a brand known at European level for sauces and rub. Inspired by the local culinary traditions, cooking methods and recipes of the various American states to which they have travelled, the founders of Grate Goods Rene Ausema and Win Maassen, have managed to create a line of sauces and condiments inspired by the typical flavors from North to South America. Grate Goods products are made only with natural and high quality ingredients.

Made with love and following the varied recipes of American traditions. From the traditional Kansas City Red BBQ to the California Hot BBQ, each of the 50 states has its own distinctive dressing and history. Aren’t you curious to try them all?
ALABAMA STYLE WHITE
Big Bob Gibson has been a true barbecue legend in Alabama since 1925. Its sauce, consisting initially of a simple mixture of mayonnaise, black pepper and vinegar, and its Bar, Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q, have become a national phenomenon and pilgrimage destination for barbecue lovers.
The founding members of Grate Goods during their travels in Alabama, managed to get revealed by Big Bob the recipe of the famous sauce so much loved by the locals. Over the years they have decided to propose their version, with a less acidic taste. The Alabama Style White is perfect to accompany chicken, fish, vegetables or to season the cabbage salad.
CAROLINA STYLE MUSTARD
Anyone who has traveled to the states of Carolina, and tasted North and South BBQ dishes, will agree that in Carolina they are able to make the best barbecue in the world. The barbecue sauces in Carolina are made with mustard, in the North it is traditionally more acidic and less consistent, while in the South it is sweeter thanks to French influences. The sauce Grate Goods Carolina Style Mustard is inspired by the latter southern variant: a sauce that, as the cooking time of the meat lengthens, loses the acidity typical of mustard and becomes increasingly sweet, until it becomes perfectly balanced. It is ideal with pork chops and sausages.

BARCEBUE RUB BALANCED AND AND TASTY
The Grate Goods Rubs are composed of a selection of herbs and spices and can be used to give an even more delicious flavor to meat, fish, but also, for example, to french fries.
For a perfect result we recommend the application of the spice mixture at least half an hour before cooking.
